Answer: It is very easy; simply give us your idea, reference number or picture of article you are interested in. For your convenience, you may also send drawing of article. You can forward your demand via E-mail, fax or letter. On receiving your inquiry, our effective and qualified sales team will contact you to provide further assistance.

2. Can i demand samples of your products?

Answer: We offer sample service to our new customers for their quality trial & evaluation of our products. There is    No Cost for sample (up to 3pcs) although customer needs to pay shipment charges for the sample.

3. Is there any minimum order limit?

Answer: We are here for every customer and we do not have minimum order limit. We welcome each & every customer making order for 1pc or 100pcs.

4. Are you interested in credit business?

Answer: Yes, we do credit business on special conditions i.e. half payment in advance with P.O and remaining half on / before shipment’s departure.

5. What is your worth in international market?

Answer: We do have our clients in global markets of Europe, Australia,  U.K, Canada and U.S.A. We have earned this worth by providing best quality, economical & competitive prices & in-time delivery.

6. What is the procedure adopted for order completion?

Answer: When payment process is completed, orders are scheduled to their relevant departments. First of all, we manufacture 1 sample of each article and present it to customer via e-mail for approval or any amendment, after approval, entire production is initiated  and a confirm delivery date is given to customer.

7. Is there any chance of beating competitor’s price, if I get similar from them?

Answer: We are sure about the quality of our product, we use very fine material with superb quality and give guaranteed finishing, we demand competitive & economical prices for best quality and we do not know about the quality of competitor and material he is using, so it is not convincing to compromise quality for price.
